Working on Jade's bag, I really like this booga bag pattern. I'm nervous it is going to felt too small though to be the bag size I wanted, but as long as it can be used as a purse, I'm happy. I may only end up using one skein so may make one for myself if i have enough yarn:-p.
Started Jack Skellington cuz I need to hurry up and mail it to TN. such a boring project tho...tg I am only ever going to make this one. lol.
I found this rather gorgeous wrap thing on ravelry that uses entrelac known as Lady Eleanor something or other, I can't remember the full name, but I'm debating whether that will be a project as I am not sure i would ever wear it but it's so pretty!
I also found a blanket known as the bliss blanket which i may end up making a baby version for a friend of john's who is having a baby and may adapt the pattern to make it into a throw...I just gotta figure out what kind of yarn to use. The pattern calls for a rather expensive type of wool and I just cant bring myself to buy wool for a blanket, especially a baby blanket. I was thinking about doing acrylic baby soft yarn, or maybe cotton yarn, but I worry about the warmth.
In a life update, I have one final and then three days of work until I get to go to Maine for 2 weeks straight! yay! Did well on my finals so far so won't be failing out of school:-). Plans for vaca include knitting lots, christmas fun! and wedding stuff - including bridesmaid dress shopping! wish me/the girls some luck!
